Experience Works (established in 1965 as Green Thumb and renamed in 2002) is a national, nonprofit organization that provides training and employment services for mature workers. The organization serves more than 125,000 people each year in all 50 states and Puerto Rico and is provided funding by more than 75 public and private sources.

Experience Works, located at 140 West Third Street (across from CareerLink), has been active in the Williamsport area for nearly 9 years.

Formerly a senior staffing agency located in the Williamsport Building on Market Street, Experience Works is now state-licensed educational institution providing a wide variety of computer-skills and technology-training services and other job-related training programs.
