Montour Crossing Plans and Diagrams

This diagram was taken from the original plan submitted by the developer to Fairfield Township. It has been modified by CRGRC by the addition of color. Colors indicate the following. Green: roads, Light blue: stormwater detention basin, Dark blue: Mill Creek, Pink: 47–acre floodwater capture/mitigation basin (Big Pit). The location where the green and the dark blue areas cross is the bridge on State Route 87 over Mill Creek – near the entrance to the proposed Montour Crossing mall. To see the original, see image below.

This diagram was taken from the original agricultural soils map of Lycoming County. It has been modified by CRGRC by addition of labels. The Big pit is approximately 47 acres, and the Mall is approximately 45 acres. To see the original agricultural soils map, see the image below.

This map shows – outlined in yellow – the area flooded in January 1996. This includes the proposed Montour Crossing site, which is completely within the yellow outlined area. This map has not been modified.
