Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

DONATE YOUR USED CELL PHONES TO THE SPCA ![]()
The Lycoming County SPCA is now a participating site for the Absolute Recycling Program to recycle old cellular telephones to raise money for our shelter. YOUR PURCHASES HELP THE SPCA The Lycoming County SPCA benefits from your purchases of pet products from most local retailers. Manufacturers of items such as dog food and cat litter will donate a portion of their sales revenue to local shelters. The Lycoming County SPCA is a participating shelter for many of these manufacturers. A few examples of participating manufacturers are: DAD's Pet Foods Purina Products Fresh Step or Scoop Away Cat Litter When purchasing products for your pets, remember to cut off the UPC or Proof of Purchase labels from the items and drop them off or mail them to the SPCA at 2805 Reach Road. Williamsport, PA 17701. If we are a participating sponsor of the brand you buy, we can submit the labels to the manufacturer for monetary contributions. If we currently are not participating in a particular brand of pet products but have received labels from those products, we will contact the manufacturer to become a participating shelter (if they offer contributions to local shelters). This is an easy way to help the homeless animals of Lycoming County. PAY THE BILLS HOLIDAY RAFFLE ![]() TO PURCHASE TICKETS: Stop by the SPCA at 2805 Reach Road. Williamsport, Call the SPCA at 570-322-4646 or E-mail John Hettinger at spcadevelopment@comcast.net What's that Smell? Visitors to the cat kennels will notice a different smell. We are now using pine pellet cat litter. This new (to us) litter adds a pleasant pine scent to the air. There is no litter dust so the cat kennels are much easier to clean. So if you are considering the donation of cat litter, please purchase the pine pellets. We think you will agree that it is a huge improvement! RESCUE VEHICLE CAMPAIGN
