Welcome to the home page of the Repasz Band of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, one of the oldest community bands in the United States . . . a continuous tradition since 1831.  We are thrilled to be able to share some of our illustrious history with you.

Please visit our site often and read about Daniel Repasz, the Band's history, one of the most popular marches of all time - the "
Repasz Band March," and one of our most famous conductors, John Hazel, the "Wizard Cornetist."  Mr. Hazel's virtuosity rivaled Jules Levy and Herbert Clarke according to newspaper accounts of his performances with the most famous bands of the early 1900s.  To hear a live recording of the "Repasz Band March" by the Repasz Band, click here.
